Cassie Eickhoff is a Nebraska native and novelist who loves stories that move people—especially stories with strong women and unforgettable friendships. Cassie is a former English teacher who currently works for the Nebraska School Educator's Association. In her spare time she writes stories about bold women fueled by caffeine, creativity, and just enough chaos to keep life interesting. 

Cassie has been writing for as long as she can remember. She started writing lyrics as a child, then filled teenage journals with reflections on life, justice, hope, and pain. Those themes followed her into adulthood. She especially enjoys creating complicated, resilient characters who make life a little messy but incredibly meaningful.

She lives near Lincoln, NE with her husband and two sons. When she’s not writing or hustling from one activity to the next, she’s probably watching the WNBA, the Packers, or Husker sports with her laptop open and ready to capture her next inspiration or book

idea.
